Trotz dieser Vorteile sto\u00dfen additiv gefertigte Bauteile bei strukturellen Anwendungen schnell an ihre Grenzen: Die vergleichsweise geringe Steifigkeit und Festigkeit schr\u00e4nken die Tragf\u00e4higkeit erheblich ein. Zwar lassen sich die mechanischen Eigenschaften durch Faserverst\u00e4rkung verbessern, doch die bislang eingesetzten Verfahren orientieren sich in der Regel ausschlie\u00dflich an den Druckpfaden und nicht an den realen Belastungspfaden innerhalb der Struktur.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-005b3e2 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"005b3e2\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_ha_eqh_enable&quot;:false}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-93d8c73 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"93d8c73\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Bio-inspirierte Faserarchitektur als L\u00f6sungsansatz<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7c67a5d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7c67a5d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Genau hier setzte das Projekt <strong data-start=\"1131\" data-end=\"1147\">AM_Reinforce<\/strong> an. Ziel war die Entwicklung einer biologisch inspirierten Methode zur lastgerechten Endlosfaserverst\u00e4rkung additiv gefertigter Tragstrukturen. Das Bionik-Innovations-Centrum (B-I-C) unterst\u00fctzte das Projekt durch die Entwicklung eines Numerik-Tools zur optimalen Ausrichtung der Verst\u00e4rkungsfasern entlang der Hauptbelastungspfade \u2013 nach dem Vorbild nat\u00fcrlicher, lastadaptiver Faserarchitekturen.<br \/><br \/>In Kooperation mit der J. Schmalz GmbH und dem Fraunhofer-Institut f\u00fcr Werkzeugmaschinen und Umformtechnik wurde die Methode an einem Kragarm eines ergonomischen Handhabungssystems erprobt, wie er beispielsweise in Exoskeletten zum Heben von Lasten eingesetzt wird. Zun\u00e4chst wurde ein an den Bauraum angepasstes CAD-Modell entwickelt und mittels SKO optimiert. Anschlie\u00dfend erfolgte mit CAIO die Berechnung der optimalen Faserpfade, die in ein fertigungsgerechtes Kanalmodell \u00fcberf\u00fchrt
