Currently, 5 professors teach and conduct research in biomimetics in Bremen. They are supported by a team of about 20 staff members who manage the secretariat, conduct scientific or technical research (and some of whom are pursuing a PhD), teach, supervise student work and projects, make biomimeitcs accessible to the public, and keep the study program and research running organizationally.
